Returns Policy ~ Contact us within 10 days of receipt of unsatisfactory products purchased from this website.  You may request either a refund of purchase price, minus shipping/insurance charges, or a replacement.  Please note: special orders may be returned for credit on a replacement only.  We do not send out jewelry "on approval."  Large orders with multiple returns may be subject to restocking fees at our discretion.
